Tickets and Streaming Preorders
All ticket purchases and streaming preorders are non-refundable. Once a ticket or streaming order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. We encourage customers to double-check event dates and availability before finalizing their orders.

Merchandise
Our merchandise can be exchanged if it is found to be defective or damaged. To be eligible for a replacement, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with a description and, if possible, photos of the issue.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all defective merchandise. Once the item is received and verified, a replacement will be sent.

Content Access Guidelines

All video content you purchase from our website is subject to expiration (generally 3 days) within a limited time. If you would like to extend your view time for some reason (additional charges will incur), please write to us. Your video access is limited to your own devices only. Any attempt to share the video without authorization will result in cancellation of your order and removal of your access, and no refund will be provided in that case.
